This studio unit features a king-sized bed, a kitchenette for meal preparation, and a full bathroom with all the essentials. The layout offers a cozy and convenient space, ideal for guests seeking comfort and simplicity. When you stay with Nestaide Management, you can enjoy all the comforts of home: fresh linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, oil, salt & pepper for cooking. Don't forget we also provide coffee and tea to get your mountain adventure day started off right! PARKING There is parking available for a fee. This fee is $27.20/24 hrs per vehicle. Please note that this underground parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please also note that the parking pricing is determined by a third party, so it may be subject to change. Parking overheight Clearance is 6'9". If you require overheight parking, the front desk may direct guests to pay ti park with off-site providers, on a first-come, first-served basis. Enjoy a soak in the Summer or Winter after a long day exploring the mountains. OPEN 9AM-10PM HOT TUB The Cascade Lodge offers 2 communal outdoor hot tubs! OPEN 9AM-10PM SAUNA There is also a sauna in each change room for guests use. GYM/ FITNESS CENTER There is an exercise room located in the building for those of you that like to keep fit on vacation. LAUNDRY There is coin operated laundry facilities in the building Guest will have access to the entire unit and to all the communal areas. Cascade Lodge has a front desk attendant 24 hours a day that is there to help you with any questions you may have during your stay. We will also be available by text, email or phone call 24/7. If you need something in person, of course we can help as well; but we like to give our guests space while on vacation. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE For stays of 14 days or more, one mandatory mid-stay clean will be scheduled and charged at the same rate as the check-out cleaning fee. This entire property is located at the 3rd floor of the building and is NON SMOKING. We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied. If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren't available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.
