THE LAYOUT This beautifully updated and cozy 1BR unit sleeps 4 people with the use of the double sofa bed is ideal for couples, small families, close friends and business travelers. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking and baking needs (coffee, tea, oil, salt, and pepper provided as well). The appliances have all been recently updated. Make a gourmet meal in the kitchen or enjoy a quick breakfast at the breakfast bar. Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace to bring true ambiance in any season. 2 Smart TVs with Amazon firestick + APPS are available for your use. Log in to your own account and easily pick up from where you left off on your favorite shows. TVs are located in the living room and bedroom. LAUNDRY Laundry is on the first floor of the building. Payment is done through an APP. it Is $3 per load. No coins are required! We will be available by text, email or phone call 24/7. If you need something in person, of course we can help as well; but we like to give our guests space while on vacation.
