Alta lake offers three beautiful beachfronts: Lakeside, Rainbow and Wayside Park. This condo is located within quick access to the Valley Trail (a paved 40km trail connects all Whistler's neighborhoods) enjoy walking, running or biking to your heart's content. This condo allows for a serene escape away from the hustle and bustle of Whistler's Village, but close enough to all the adventure that Whistler has to offer. SPACIOUS FAMILY RETREAT!! This family-friendly property offers all the comforts of home, ensuring a holiday that feels both indulgent and inviting. From brand-new furnishings, appliances, linens, to towels – every detail has been considered to create a comfortable and homely space, perfect for families and groups. THE LAYOUT The main floor features an open-concept design with the living area on the right and the dining area and kitchen on the left. Large windows fill the space with natural light, while a fireplace in the living area sets the perfect ambiance for family gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a BBQ on the private balcony, ensures you can create delicious family favorites. The main floor also houses the primary bedroom and a room with twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids. You will also find the laundry area here and a full bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity. The second floor hosts two more spacious bedrooms with an ensuite toilet and bath. This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. BEDROOM CONFIGURATION Bedroom 1: King (main floor) Bedroom 2: Twin bunk beds (main floor) Bedroom 3: King (second floor) with ensuite bathroom (stand up shower) Bedroom 4: Queen (second floor) with ensuite bathroom FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and common small appliances. Sugar, common spices, and cooking oil are provided. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the kitchen bar stools or dining table before hitting the mountain. Brand new appliances ensure a seamless cooking experience for all. BIKE STORAGE This property offers secure and locked bike storage made recently just for our guests' use! Store your expensive bikes here, and never worry about security! Bike to the most beautiful lakes in the Pacific NorthWest. PARKING Parking: There are 2 designated parking spaces available for your stay. There is a covered parking space below the unit (marked #12). You may be able to park two small vehicles in this spot, one in front of the other, if they fit and are parked very close together. This is not guaranteed, and vehicles must not stick out or block drive lanes. The second designated parking space is close to the main entrance — if you enter The Lynx via the turnoff from Blueberry Drive, you'll see an open-air spot marked #12 on the right-hand side. Visitor spots are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, but a visitor pass needs to be displayed. If you do require a visitor pass for an additional vehicle, please let us know before your arrival. There will be a $150.00 fine if the visitor parking pass is taken. Please return it upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE: If you park anywhere else on site, you are subject to being towed. LAUNDRY For your convenience, a washer and dryer are accessed in-suite. BBQ Savor al fresco dining on the private balcony, complete with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining furniture. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Guests can enjoy access to the entire home, including the private balcony with BBQ grill. We will be available by text, email or phone call 24/7. If you need something in person, of course we can help as well; but we like to give our guests space while on vacation. Blueberry Hill is a prestigious neighborhood of Whistler with breathtaking, panoramic views of Blackcomb Mountain and easy access to gorgeous Alta Lake, Wayside Park, and the Valley Trail (which takes you straight to the village). With everything from cozy cabins to spacious, luxurious chalets, Blueberry Hill is an ideal fit for couples, families, and groups. - 600m away or 8 minutes walk to the nearest free shuttle stop - 5 mins shuttle ride to Whistler Village - 15 mins walk to Lakeside Park OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE For stays of 14 days or more, one mandatory mid-stay clean will be scheduled and charged at the same rate as the check-out cleaning fee. We ask our guests to take out all garbage and recycling when they leave. If this is not done, there will be a $50 charge after your reservation. There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a "Noiseaware". It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device. This entire property is NON SMOKING. We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied. If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren't available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.
