LAYOUT As you walk into the unit, the front entrance has ample space for your ski gear, jackets and mountain equipment. Two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, and one with a double over double bunk bed) are also on this floor. The bunk bed room also has a Smart TV with Apple TV and Netflix. Use it to sign into your own account and catch up on your fave shows. These bedrooms are separated by a full bathroom with a spacious stand up shower. Walk up a flight of stairs to the main living area. A open concept layout allows for mingling and memory making with the family. Guests will feel right at home with the fully stocked kitchen, dining table, large seating area, Smart TV, Fireplace, patio, BBQ and more. Have fun with your kids while playing a card game by the fireplace, enjoy a delicious meal together around the dining table. LAUNDRY: Enjoy the convenience of an in suite washer and dryer on the bottom floor. Dry your gear in between runs for the ultimate comfort. This great location for a Whistler vacation offers the best of both worlds. The Upper Village is a family-friendly area complete with its own base lodge, ticket office, shops, kids center and ski rental. Just a short, ten minute stroll from the busy Whistler Village, the Upper Village is a charming area filled with many delicious and popular Whistler restaurants and fantastic shops and boutiques that you can't find anywhere else in town. During the summer months, Whistler Upper Village is home to the Adventure Zone, where families can go horseback riding, enjoy a round of mini golf, or fly through the air on a trapeze. The Upper Village is also just minutes away from the Chateau Whistler Golf Course. With the perfect blend of alpine adventure and quaint village life, the Upper Village offers lovely and affordable vacation rentals in Whistler that allow you to stay, play, dine, and relax in the mountains. -Easy walk (15-20 mins) to the Ski Hill and Upper Village. -Free shuttle service provided by Whistler to get around (every 10-15 mins). GETTING HOME FROM THE MOUNTAIN: You can Ski-in to the complex when there is enough snow! The ski-in is useable during the bulk of the winter it's the easiest and best way to get home. If you end up in the Village and choose not to use the ski-in trail, the completely free shuttle bus can take you home in a matter of minutes. GETTING TO WHISTLER VILLAGE: The same free and fast shuttle will take you to Whistler Village from right outside the complex. Leave every 10 mins during peak hours and 15-20 mins on non-peak hours. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE Please Note: There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a "Noiseaware". It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device. The owner does have a pet and while this is not a unit that will have a pet continuously in it, if you have moderate to severe allergies of dogs, this unit is likely not for you. Please note that the unit is professionally cleaned between each stay, but pet dander can linger. Thank you. For stays of 14 days or more, one mandatory mid-stay clean will be scheduled and charged at the same rate as the check-out cleaning fee. This entire property is NON SMOKING.
